This is your home away from home – we made sure to provide you with all of the amenities you may need for a long or short stay to feel comfortable. Each and every bedroom comes with it’s own ensuite bathroom, plus an extra powder room on the main floor for your guests. All bathrooms, bedrooms, and the kitchen have all of the basics (+ more) that you may need to stay in and cook, relax, and feel at ease.

Your entire stay will be accompanied by a personal concierge, who will be able to offer and arrange for you multiple amenities and activities for your stay. These include: private transportation, private chef services, activity bookings (yacht rental, ATV tour, sunset sail, etc), grocery delivery, and more.

Within the Montecristo estates and the Quivira resort, you have full access to shuttle transportation throughout the community, including to + from the beach, restaurants, the Quivira Golf Course, and spas.

You will be on the same mountain as Pedregal area, and you will be a short 5 minute drive into downtown Los Cabos, and the Los Cabos Marina with incredible restaurants and fine dining, Bagatelle restaurant, Medano Beach, Rosanegra Restaurant, Ruth’s Chris, and you are under 10 minutes from other major shops, restaurants, hotels and golf courses such as Palmilla Gold Course, Diamanté Golf Course, and more.
